This used 20ft office container in silver grey offers a footprint of around 18 m². With a width of 3,000 mm, it is well suited as an office, break, or project space. Features include a steel security door with a security cylinder lock and profile cylinder on the left front side, plus a turn-and-tilt window with a roller shutter on the front side. The electrical installation includes a basic setup with a CEE connection (400 V/32 A), sockets, light switches and enclosed strip lights. A DN 100 drain and a 1" water inlet are fitted. This container is sold to commercial customers only.
Condition notes: Signs of use inside and out as well as drill holes. The doors do not close properly. The floor is soft or damaged in places, and the wall cladding is damaged in places. The blinds are defective or damaged. The side wall needs to be repainted. Please note that due to the storage period, the water is not suitable for drinking. External dimensions: 6,055 × 3,000 × 2,890 mm. Internal dimensions: 5,915 × 2,860 × 2,500 mm.
This container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical safety test is carried out as part of the purchase.
