This used 20ft office container in gold yellow has a partly open design and offers a footprint of around 15 m². Features include a turn-and-tilt window with a roller shutter on the front side. The electrical installation includes a basic setup with a CEE connection (400 V/32 A), sockets, light switches and two LED panels.
Condition notes: Signs of use inside and out, general corrosion, and residual moisture. The floor is soft or damaged in places, and the trim and skirting boards are damaged in places. The fuse box needs to be replaced. No air conditioning or heating is fitted. External dimensions: 6,055 × 2,435 × 2,890 mm. Internal dimensions: 5,915 × 2,295 × 2,500 mm.
This container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical safety test is carried out as part of the purchase.
