Prices vary depending on the container type, equipment and age. Our product overview shows specific prices for each available container. In addition, there are distance-based transport costs and a flat crane fee of €69 plus VAT per container (nationwide within Germany).

For business customers:
All prices stated are net amounts in euros and are subject to statutory VAT.

For private customers:
The stated product prices are gross amounts in euros and include statutory VAT (excluding delivery costs and crane fee).

The payment terms agreed in the offer generally apply. Please understand that we reserve the right to adjust the payment terms should a credit check make this necessary.

Documentation is provided in German by default. You will receive a single copy consisting of:

• Floor plan drawing in PDF format (if available)
• Technical data sheet for the container (if available)
• Further documents or expert reports are available on request and, if applicable, for an additional fee (if available)

Delivery is carried out via our specialised fleet and calculated fairly and transparently based on distance.

At ELA, transparency also applies to pricing. Since self-collection is often logistically complex, we recommend our specialised delivery service. So you can calculate with confidence, the following transport costs apply for delivery within Germany:

No. Our special trucks are equipped with a powerful loading crane. Our driver places the container directly at the intended location. You simply need to ensure that the access route is passable for heavy trucks and that the site is freely accessible.

For logistical reasons (load securing, special vehicles) and to ensure professional loading, we recommend delivery via our special trucks with loading crane. However, collection is possible under certain circumstances. Simply mention this to our sales team in the comment field of the inquiry form.

To ensure smooth delivery, you must guarantee the following on-site conditions:

• A paved and adequate access route for heavy trucks (approx. 19 m in length).
• Sufficient space at the installation site for the truck and the crane's swing radius.
• The installation site must be free of debris, ice and snow.

Yes. To ensure that our truck can set down the container without any problems (e.g. required working width for the crane supports approx. 9 m, entry heights, etc.), we have summarised all the technical requirements. A stable, level surface is required for secure footing. Often, point or strip foundations (e.g. made from concrete or paving slabs) at the container corners are sufficient to transfer the loads. A full-surface concrete slab is generally not essential. We are happy to advise you on load requirements.

In most cases, official approval is required for setting up containers (depending on the standing time and state building regulations). It is your responsibility as the client to obtain all official and legal requirements or approvals.

Special reports, CSC plates, expert inspections or fire and thermal protection certificates are not included in the offer unless otherwise agreed.

After handover, you as the client are responsible for the duty to maintain safety. This includes in particular:

• The installation and regular inspection of smoke detectors.
• The removal of leaves, ice and snow from access routes and roofs (important for maintaining the container's structural integrity).

Our containers come from our own rental fleet. They are fully functional and technically inspected (electrics and plumbing), but show visible signs of use. As the range of available containers is constantly changing, please refer to the respective offer for exact specifications.

By default, our used containers (office, residential or storage containers) are handed over empty. If furniture (e.g. desks, lockers) or shelving systems are not explicitly mentioned in the specific offer, they are not included in the price. Any heating units or air conditioning units shown are also not part of the offer.

As these are containers from existing stock, you purchase the container in its current colour ("as seen").

An on-site viewing is not possible for logistical reasons. To ensure maximum transparency nonetheless, we provide informative photos as well as detailed product information for each container in the shop.
