This used 20ft black-white container in golden yellow offers a floor area of around 18 m². With a width of 3,000 mm, it is suitable for use as a hygiene or sanitary area on construction sites.
The equipment includes two MZ exterior doors with a security cylinder lock, one on the left and one on the right end wall, several tilt-and-turn windows with roller shutters on the end wall, and an electrical installation with a CEE connection (400V/32A), sockets, light switches and two grid lights. A DN 100 drain and a 1" water inlet are fitted along the side. The floor is finished in brown marbled PVC, and the wall panelling has an oak wood-look finish.
Condition notes: The container shows signs of use and drill holes. The floor is soft or damaged in places. There is also a storage-related odour and residual moisture. No air conditioning or heating unit is fitted. Please also note that, due to its storage time, the container is not suitable for drinking water. External dimensions: 6,055 × 3,000 × 2,890 mm. Internal dimensions: 5,915 × 2,860 × 2,500 mm.

The container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical safety inspection is carried out as part of the purchase.
