The used 20-foot office container in Golden Yellow offers a floor area of around 15 m². It is suitable as an office, break, or project room. The wall cladding in an oak wood-look finish and the brown marbled PVC flooring create a pleasant look. The equipment includes a multi-point locking exterior door with a security cylinder lock, a tilt-and-turn window with roller shutter, an obscure-glazed tilt window, and an electrical installation with CEE connections, sockets, light switches, and enclosed luminaires. A DN 100 drain and 1" supply are fitted on the end wall. The container is located in 85368 Moosburg an der Isar.
Condition notes: The container shows signs of use inside and out, general signs of corrosion, drill holes, and door openings. The floor is soft or damaged in places, the wall cladding is damaged in places. There is storage-related odour. Air conditioning and heating are not fitted. Please also note that, due to storage time, the water is not suitable for drinking.
The container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection is carried out as part of the purchase.
