This used 20-foot office container in pebble grey offers approx. 15 m² of floor space and is a solid basis for use as an office, break room or project room. Its equipment includes an external door with a security cylinder lock on the end wall (left), a tilt-and-turn window with roller shutter and an existing heating system. The electrical installation (400/230 V, 32 A CEE connection) includes sockets, light switches and two LED panels. The walls are clad in grey and the floor is grey PVC.
Notes on condition: Signs of use inside and out, general corrosion, drill holes, holes in the wall, in places a soft or damaged floor, damaged trim and skirting strips and doors that do not close properly. External dimensions: 6.055 × 2.435 × 2.890 mm. Internal dimensions: 5.915 × 2.295 × 2.500 mm.
The container is in used condition and will be handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection will be carried out as part of the purchase.
