This used 20ft office container in gold yellow offers a footprint of around 18 m². With a width of 3,000 mm, it is suitable as an office, break room, or project space. One side wall is missing by design. Features include a steel security door with a security cylinder lock and profile cylinder on the right front side, plus a large turn-and-tilt window with a roller shutter on the front side. The electrical installation includes a basic setup with a CEE connection (400 V/32 A), sockets, light switches and bathroom light fittings.
Condition notes: Signs of use inside and out, general corrosion, and drill holes. The floor as well as the trim and skirting boards are damaged in places. No air conditioning or heating is fitted. External dimensions: 6,055 × 3,000 × 2,890 mm. Internal dimensions: 5,915 × 2,295 × 2,500 mm.
This container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical safety test is carried out as part of the purchase.
