This used 10ft office container in pebble grey offers a floor area of around 7 m² and is suitable as a compact office, break room or storage space.
The equipment includes an MZ exterior door with a security cylinder lock on the left end wall, and several tilt-and-turn windows with roller shutters on the side wall. The container is insulated and features an electrical installation with a CEE connection (400V/32A), sockets, light switches, LED panels and fluorescent tubes. The floor is finished in grey PVC, and the wall panelling is grey.
Condition notes: The container shows signs of use inside and outside and general corrosion. The floor is soft or damaged in places. No air conditioning or heating unit is fitted. External dimensions: 2,990 × 2,435 × 2,890 mm. Internal dimensions: 2,850 × 2,295 × 2,500 mm.
The container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical safety inspection is carried out as part of the purchase.
