This used 20-foot office container in golden yellow and pebble grey features a kitchenette and an integrated wet room with WC and shower. The walls are finished in oak/wood-look panelling and the floor is brown marbled PVC. Its equipment includes an external door with a security cylinder lock on the end wall (left), a tilt-and-turn window with roller shutter and an ornamental-glass tilt window. A drain (DN 100) and a 1" supply connection are located on the end wall. The electrical installation (400/230 V, 32 A CEE connection) includes sockets and light switches.
Notes on condition: Signs of use inside and out, general corrosion and in places a soft or damaged floor. Please also note that, due to long periods of standing, the water is not suitable for drinking. External dimensions: 6.055 × 2.435 × 2.890 mm. Internal dimensions: 5.915 × 2.295 × 2.500 mm.
The container is in used condition and will be handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection will be carried out as part of the purchase.
