This used 20-foot office container in golden yellow is equipped with a kitchenette and a water connection and is suitable as an office, break room or project room. The walls are finished in oak/wood-look panelling and the floor is brown marbled PVC. Access is via an external door with a security cylinder lock on the end wall (left). A drain (DN 100) and a 1" supply connection are located on the end wall. The electrical installation (400/230 V, 32 A CEE connection) includes sockets and light switches.
Notes on condition: Signs of use inside and out, drill holes, in places a soft or damaged floor and defective lighting. The fuse box needs to be replaced. The module with air conditioning is defective and must be replaced. Heating is not available. Please also note that, due to long periods of standing, the water is not suitable for drinking. External dimensions: 6.055 × 2.435 × 2.890 mm. Internal dimensions: 5.915 × 2.295 × 2.500 mm.
The container is in used condition and will be handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection will be carried out as part of the purchase. Any fixtures or equipment visible in the images are not included in the delivery and are not part of the purchase contract. We will gladly provide further details on request.
