This used 20ft office container in pebble grey combines an office, WC and shower area. With a width of 3,000 mm, it offers a footprint of around 18 m² and is insulated. Features include a steel security door with a security cylinder lock and profile cylinder on the left front side, a large turn-and-tilt window with a roller shutter, and an ornamental-glazed tilt window without a roller shutter on the front side. The electrical installation includes a basic setup with a CEE connection (400 V/32 A), sockets and light switches. For water supply, a DN 100 drain and a 1" inlet are fitted on the front side.
Condition notes: Signs of use inside and out, general corrosion, and drill holes. The floor is soft or damaged in places. No air conditioning or heating is fitted. Due to its standing time, the container is not suitable for drinking water. External dimensions: 6,055 × 3,000 × 2,890 mm. Internal dimensions: 5,915 × 2,860 × 2,500 mm.
This container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical safety test is carried out as part of the purchase.
