This used 20-foot office container with 3 m width in golden yellow is a partially open version (without side wall) and is insulated. It offers approx. 18 m² of floor space and is suitable as an office, storage or project room. The walls are finished in oak/wood-look panelling and the floor is brown marbled PVC. A tilt-and-turn window with roller shutter provides daylight. The electrical installation (400/230 V, 32 A CEE connection) includes sockets, light switches and trough luminaires.
Notes on condition: Signs of use inside and out, general corrosion, drill holes, in places a soft or damaged floor, damaged trim and skirting strips, defective or damaged furnishings and moisture residues. This unit was exposed to the weather for a prolonged period, so hidden moisture damage and consequential damage within the floor structure must be expected. For permanent occupancy, we recommend replacing the existing floor structure before any further use. The fuse box needs to be replaced. Air conditioning and heating are not available. Please also note that, due to long periods of standing, the water is not suitable for drinking. External dimensions: 6.055 × 3.000 × 2.890 mm. Internal dimensions: 5.915 × 2.860 × 2.500 mm.
The container is in used condition and will be handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection will be carried out as part of the purchase.
