This used 20-foot office container with 3 m width in golden yellow is insulated and offers approx. 18 m² of floor space with an integrated wet room with WC and shower as well as a kitchenette. The walls are finished in oak/wood-look panelling and the floor is brown marbled PVC. Its equipment includes an external door with a security cylinder lock, a tilt-and-turn window with roller shutter and an ornamental-glass tilt window. A drain (DN 100) and a 1" supply connection are located on the end wall. The electrical installation (400/230 V, 32 A CEE connection) includes sockets and light switches.
Notes on condition: Signs of use inside and out, general corrosion, drill holes, holes in the wall, floor and ceiling, in places a soft or damaged floor (in particular in the kitchen unit area, where the floor should be replaced), a damaged or loose ceiling, a leak, damaged trim and skirting strips, defective lighting and defective or damaged furnishings. Doors do not close properly, the door to the sanitary area does not close and a door bolt is missing. The fuse box and the electronics need to be replaced. Air conditioning and heating are not available. Please also note that, due to long periods of standing, the water is not suitable for drinking. External dimensions: 6.055 × 3.000 × 2.890 mm. Internal dimensions: 5.915 × 2.860 × 2.500 mm.
The container is in used condition and will be handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection will be carried out as part of the purchase.
