This used 20ft office container in gold yellow has a partly open design – one side wall is missing by design. It offers a footprint of around 15 m². Features include a steel security door with a security cylinder lock and profile cylinder on the left front side, plus a turn-and-tilt window with a roller shutter on the front side. The electrical installation includes a basic setup with a CEE connection (400 V/32 A), sockets, light switches and two LED panels. A DN 100 drain and a 1" water inlet are fitted.
Condition notes: Signs of use inside and out as well as general corrosion. The floor is soft or damaged in places, and drill holes are present. Please note that due to the storage period, the water is not suitable for drinking. No air conditioning or heating is fitted. External dimensions: 6,055 × 2,435 × 2,890 mm. Internal dimensions: 5,915 × 2,295 × 2,500 mm.
This container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical safety test is carried out as part of the purchase. Any furnishings or fittings visible in the images are not included in the scope of delivery and are not part of the purchase agreement. Further details are available on request.
