This used 20-foot office container offers approx. 15 m² of floor area with two LED panels and a fitted electrical installation (400/230 V, CEE 32 A) as a basic electrical setup, and is suitable for use as an office or utility unit. Interior walls in an oak/wood-look finish and tilt-and-turn windows with roller shutters are fitted. Note: former installation unit – both side walls are missing; door openings present. Condition notes: floor damage and cosmetic signs of use inside and out. External dimensions: 6,055 × 2,435 × 2,890 mm.
The container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection is carried out as part of the purchase. Any furnishings or fittings that may be visible in the images are not included in the scope of delivery and are not part of the purchase agreement.
