This used 20-foot office container offers extended equipment on approx. 15 m², comprising a draught lobby, kitchenette, and an integrated WC with washbasin. Two LED panels, tilt-and-turn windows with roller shutters, and an electrical installation (400/230 V, CEE 32 A) are fitted. A water connection is also available on the end wall; not intended for use as drinking water. Note: former installation unit – a side wall is missing. The container is therefore especially suitable for custom adaptations or as a basis for conversion projects. Condition notes: electrical damage, defective lighting, and cosmetic signs of use inside and out. Dimensions: 6,055 × 2,435 × 2,890 mm.
The container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection is carried out as part of the purchase. Any furnishings or fittings that may be visible in the images are not included in the scope of delivery and are not part of the purchase agreement.
