The equipment includes a multi-point locking exterior door with a security cylinder lock, a tilt-and-turn window with roller shutter, and an electrical installation with CEE connections, sockets, light switches, and two LED panels. Power wiring is fitted. The container is located in 85368 Moosburg an der Isar.
Condition notes:
The container is leaking. The floor and wall cladding are damaged in places. There are also holes in the wall and ceiling, residual moisture, general signs of corrosion, damaged fittings, and signs of use inside and out. Air conditioning and heating are not included. There are pressure marks and dents on the exterior wall. Smoke detectors are not included.
