The equipment includes a multi-point locking exterior door with a security cylinder lock, a large tilt-and-turn window with roller shutter, and an electrical installation with CEE connections, sockets, light switches, and two LED panels. Water connections with DN 100 drain and 1" supply are in place. The container is located in Billigheim.
Condition notes: The wall cladding and the trim and skirting strips are damaged in places. There are also drill holes and signs of use inside and out. Air conditioning and heating are not included. Please also note that the plumbing is not suitable for drinking water. The container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection is carried out as part of the purchase. Any furnishings or fittings that may be visible in the images are not included in the scope of delivery and are not part of the purchase agreement.
