This used 20-foot office container with 3 m width offers a flexible room structure on approx. 18 m² with an integrated partition wall and a total of four entrances – two each on the end walls and sides. This configuration allows separate access points and different usage areas within a single module. The electrical installation (400/230 V, CEE 32 A) is fitted and forms the technical basis for commercial use. Condition notes: floor damage, drill holes, defective lighting, rust, damaged trim strips, and cosmetic signs of use inside and out. Dimensions: 6,055 × 3,000 × 2,890 mm.
The container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection is carried out as part of the purchase.
