This used 20ft office container in gold yellow offers a footprint of around 18 m². With a width of 3,000 mm, it is suitable as an office, break room, or project space. Features include a steel security door with a security cylinder lock and profile cylinder on the left front side, plus a large turn-and-tilt window with a roller shutter on the front side. The electrical installation includes a basic setup with a CEE connection (400 V/32 A), sockets, light switches and two LED panels.
Condition notes: Signs of use inside and out, general corrosion, residual moisture, and a leak. The fuse box needs to be replaced, and the lighting is faulty. No air conditioning or heating is fitted. External dimensions: 6,055 × 3,000 × 2,890 mm. Internal dimensions: 5,915 × 2,860 × 2,500 mm.
