This used 20-foot sanitary container offers separate WC areas for ladies and gents, making it a common solution for commercial construction sites. Equipped with two secured exterior doors, three obscure-glazed tilt windows, two grid lights and an electrical installation (400/230 V, CEE 32 A), basic use is possible. A water connection is fitted on the end wall; not suitable for drinking water. Condition notes: floor damage, drill holes, odour, damaged fittings, a missing smoke detector, rust, and damaged wall panels. External dimensions: 6,055 × 2,435 × 2,890 mm.
The container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection is carried out as part of the purchase. Any furnishings or fittings that may be visible in the images are not included in the scope of delivery and are not part of the purchase agreement.
