This used 20-foot office container offers approx. 15 m² of floor area with simple equipment comprising interior walls in an oak/wood-look finish and tilt-and-turn windows with roller shutters. An electrical installation (400/230 V, CEE 32 A) is fitted, allowing use for simple office or project applications. Note: former installation unit – a side wall is missing, a tarpaulin is fitted, and the door opening has been sealed, making the container especially suitable for conversion or integration projects. Condition notes: floor damage, rust, damaged wall panels, and cosmetic signs of use inside and out. External dimensions: 6,055 × 2,435 × 2,890 mm.
The container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection is carried out as part of the purchase.
