This used 20-foot office container with 3 m width offers approx. 18 m² of floor area with interior walls in an oak/wood-look finish and a side entrance, and is suitable for use as an office or break room container. The equipment includes tilt-and-turn windows with roller shutters and a fitted electrical installation (400/230 V, CEE 32 A). Note: former installation unit – a side wall is missing; side door opening present. Condition notes: floor damage, a missing key, damaged trim strips, and cosmetic signs of use inside and out. External dimensions: 6,055 × 3,000 × 2,890 mm.
The container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection is carried out as part of the purchase. Any furnishings or fittings that may be visible in the images are not included in the scope of delivery and are not part of the purchase agreement.
