This used 20-foot office container with 3 m width offers an extended floor area and has interior walls in an oak/wood-look finish as well as brown marbled PVC flooring. Equipped with a tilt-and-turn window with roller shutter, a side-positioned exterior door, and 2 LED panels, a functional basic setup is provided. The electrical installation (400/230 V, CEE 32 A) is fitted. This is an installation unit where a side wall is missing. Condition notes: among others, floor damaged in places, rust, damaged wall panels, and cosmetic signs of use inside and out.
The container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection is carried out as part of the purchase. Any furnishings or fittings that may be visible in the images are not included in the scope of delivery and are not part of the purchase agreement.
