This used 20-foot office container offers approx. 15 m² of floor area as a combined office and sanitary solution in a single module. Equipped with interior walls in an oak/wood-look finish, marbled PVC flooring, tilt-and-turn windows with roller shutters, and an electrical installation (400/230 V, CEE 32 A), the container is suited to flexible use as a working and functional space. A water connection is fitted on the end wall; not suitable for drinking water. Condition notes: cosmetic signs of use inside and out. External dimensions: 6,055 × 2,435 × 2,890 mm.
The container is in used condition and is handed over after basic cleaning. An electrical inspection is carried out as part of the purchase. Any furnishings or fittings that may be visible in the images are not included in the scope of delivery and are not part of the purchase agreement.
